Sanaz Parvinmehr is the owner of the Sanaz Homes Group, she has been the teams fearless leader in luxury and experienced residential real estate Agent. While her office is in Irvine Orange County, she enjoys working with clients from as far north as Los Angeles to the neighborhoods surrounding San Diego growing business districts like Riverside and Corona. With a passion for putting clients first, Sanaz is known for her hands-on approach and expert execution. Sanaz began her career in Real Estate on the commercial side of the business. Her love of real estate never waned, and she grew her knowledge base working for large retailer Williams-Sonoma in their real estate department and transitioning into the construction and space planning sector of the business. From jobsite management on large-scale commercial projects to downsizing office spaces during re-organizations, sanaz’s project management skills have been honed for over 20 years.

I met Sanaz towards the end of my 2-yr house hunting. Sanaz was the last agent who finally closed my deal. She never pressured me into buying and did not give the feeling that she was out for commission only. In retrospect, had it not been for her strong and dedicated representation of my interests, I sincerely do not think we would have been successful in dealing with this seller's difficult agent.
